They possess extensive technical and business experience and management and training skills. In addition to this, they bring specific knowledge from different industries necessary for understanding the needs and challenges of our clients.
Biljana Bogovac, Director, Assurance Services
Biljana is a Director of Assurance Services Department within PwC Belgrade office.
She gained valuable experience through working with local and international clients in Serbia as well as through many years of working in Australia and leading the teams in providing audit and business advisory services to some of the most significant clients.
Biljana is Audit Director responsible for some of our most significant clients operating within retail & consumer sector.
Within PwC Training Academy she delivered group of financial training to target employees of many international and local companies.
She is responsible for managing of a portfolio of clients, organizing planning and audit closing meetings with clients, setting up audit scopes and plans, reviewing audit files and financial reports, reviewing due diligence reports, presenting audit findings to management and providing IFRS training services to our clients.
Biljana holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics (Finance and Accounting). She is a Certified Chartered Accountant and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. She is also Certified Auditor of the Republic of Serbia.
Marija Dobrilovic, Manager, Assurance Services
Marija holds the position of a Manager of PwC Belgrade Assurance Services Department and has more than six years of experience in providing audit services to insurance companies, banks and other financial institutions as well as to the companies operating within different industries.
Marija has been involved in engagements for clients from various industries and regions, both as Team Leader/Manager and Team Member. She prepared a number of audit reports in accordance with local accounting standards applicable in Serbia and in Montenegro and IFRS.
She was also engaged in Due Diligence and Restructuring projects for companies under privatization process in Serbia and in Montenegro and responsible for preparation of Due Diligence reports.
Marija has been involved in a combination of engagements across a number of service lines including financial audits of both local and international companies, due diligence, restructuring and lately in delivering internal audit services (including procedures development and implementation). The industries she has extensive experience in include the banks and financial institutions, insurance companies, public and semi-public sector, consumer products manufacturing, retail, wholesale, and services.
Marija holds B.Sc. in Economics (Banking, Finance and Insurance) and is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and of Chamber of Certified Auditors of the republic of Serbia.
Sasa Todorovic, Manager, Assurance Services
Saša holds the position of a Manager of PwC Belgrade Assurance Services Department and has 10 years of professional working experience, out of which seven years in providing audit and other professional services to banks and other financial institutions as well as to the companies operating within different industries.
He is responsible for planning the audit closing procedures through overall assessment of audit risks, review of internal controls and IT systems of the clients by understanding their operations and business environment.
Being an Engagement Manager and Team Leader for numerous audits, Saša gained extensive experience in providing professional services to financial services sector.
Within PwC Training Academy Saša prepared and held number open seminars organized by PwC and delivered training programs to employees of many companies and financial institutions in Serbia and in Montenegro. Saša is also a member of the team of lecturers responsible for internal trainings of PwC employees in the region of Central and Eastern Europe.
Saša is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Certified Auditor of the Republic of Serbia with a license.
Jovana Stefanovic, Manager, Assurance Services
Jovana is a Manager in the Assurance Department within PricewaterhouseCoopers Belgrade. She is part of the Technology, Information and Communication industrial group.
She owns significant experience in providing audit and consulting services to both local and international clients operating in various industries.
During 2006 and 2007, Jovana was seconded to PricewaterhouseCoopers office in Moscow, Russia where she has been engaged in providing professional services to some of the major clients within oil and gas industry.
Within PwC Training Academy she delivered IFRS and other finance trainings to target employees of international and local clients of PricewaterhpouseCoopers.
Jovana holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from European School of Economics, London (UK). She is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Milivoje Nesovic, Manager, Assurance Services
His client portfolio includes companies reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards and in addition to Serbian GAAP. During sic years with PwC, he has been Manager on the audit projects for the largest companies in Serbia.
During 2006 and 2007 he was seconded to PricewaterhouseCoopers Moscow, Russia where he provided services to some of the most significant clients of our Russian office. He was involved in financial statement consolidation of a Siberian Oil Company.
Within PwC Training Academy he provided finance training services to target employees of many local and international companies in Serbia. He is the trainer in the areas of financial skills such as IFS/IFRS, Finance for Non-Finance etc. Milivoje provided trainings within Training Academy in Serbia and Montenegro.
Milivoje holds diploma in Electrical Engineering. He is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Milana Malesev, Senior Consultant, Human Resource Services
Milana holds the position of Senior Consultant in Human Resources Services (HRS) Department within PricewaterhouseCoopers office in Belgrade, Serbia. She has four years of experience in Human Resources Services.
During her professional career Milana has been advising international and local clients on HR management.
She is also responsible for specialist input to external and internal client service, grounded in psychology.
Her experience relevant to training services engagements includes:
- development and training needs analysis
- design and delivery of development and training solutions
- personnel assessment and coaching
Within PwC Training Academy Milana delivered trainings to participants from different companies operating in Serbia.
Milana has graduated Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade.
Miro Smolovic, Manager, Training Academy
Miro presently holds a position of a Manager responsible for providing services within PricewaterhouseCoopers Training Academy. He has over 14 years of experience in providing services within private and non-governmental sectors.
He is an experienced Project Manager with acknowledged expertise in the modalities of Project Cycle Management techniques and international procedures for the implementation of technical assistance projects.
Miro worked in the emerging markets of Central and Eastern Europe managing projects in different industry sectors for both private sector and donor-funded development projects.
Being a recognized expert in the field of Project Management, he will be responsible for delivering the Project Management training and other management training to the client’s relevant staff.
Miro holds a BsBA diploma in Management from City University, College of Management, Bellevue, (USA) and he is Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (USA).
Jovana Stojanovic Senior Manager, Tax Services
Jovana is a Senior Manager and she has been with PwC since February 2002.
Jovana has vast experience in tax consulting: advising multinationals on (direct and indirect) tax consequences of their activities. She has been involved in a number of projects (due diligences, tax reviews, and complex tax issues) for foreign clients in Serbia and in Montenegro.
She also has a significant experience in expatriate employment and individual tax: advising on issues specific for immigration, expatriate employment and taxation and social security contributions.
Within Training Academy, Jovana is responsible for delivering different trainings related to tax.
Jovana holds degree of Economic Faculty in Belgrade and she is one of the founders of Serbian Fiscal Association (branch of International Fiscal Association).
Dragan Draca, Manager, Tax Services
Dragan advises clients on in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro in all areas of corporate income taxation, VAT and personal income taxation.
Dragan has extensive experience in tax structuring of inbound investment in the region. He gained thorough understanding of local tax practices and issues by participating in tax audit and review teams in various industries. He was also key tax team member on numerous due diligences during the privatization process in Serbia.
Besides the on-going consulting services, he also assists clients in resolving complex tax compliance issues. Within Training Academy, he delivers training related to tax issues.
During 2008 Dragan was seconded to PwC Ireland as a member of international Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Team advising leading private equity houses.
Nebojša Jovanović, a Senior Consultant, has been working with PWC Tax Consulting Services since 2007.
Nebojša has a 10 years’ experience with the Republic of Serbia Customs Administration (RSCA). In the course of his career with the Customs Administration, Nebojša has held the posts of Customs Administration Inspector and Auditor, and for nearly four years he served as Manager of Customs Offices: Port of Belgrade and Pančevo. He was a VAT introduction project team member as well as a member of the team engaged in the introduction of a Performance Assessment System with the RSCA. Nebojša was also Assistant Manager at the Customs House Belgrade.
At PwC Nebojša has specialized in the area of consulting services. He is responsible for providing Clients with consulting services on a variety of issues with respect to the implementation of foreign trade, customs & excise and VAT regulations. Furthermore, Nebojša takes an active role in assisting Clients with administrative procedures, contacts and communication with Government Agencies.
Ever since the Training Academy has been established, Nebojša has been very active in training management and delivery of training sessions on foreign trade and customs regulations.
Nebojša received his B.A. degree from the University of Belgrade Law Faculty.
Tanja Gligovrevic, Director, Advisory Services
Tanja is in charge of the Transaction Services and Corporate Finance. She is Technology, Information and Communication (TICE) industrial group Regional Leader in the South East Europe.
She has more than 12 years of professional experience in providing advisory and audit services to large local and international enterprises, banks and insurance companies. She is responsible for the business development and the delivery of the advisory services primarily relating to mergers and acquisitions, but also experienced in providing other financial advisory services.
As a team leader Tanja participated in numerous due diligence and audit assignments and restructuring projects in Serbia, Republic of Srpska and Montenegro. She has been involved in several buy side and sell side financial due diligence assignments from the first days of the privatization process in Serbia.
Within Training Academy Tanja is responsible for Finance for Non-Finance Managers training as well as for other trainings relevant to business consultancy.
Tanja holds a Master Degree in Economics (Banking, Finance & Insurance) and is a member of the British Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Prof dr Danilo Golijanin, Education and Training Services
Prof. Danilo Golijanin, PhD is a management consultant, university professor of management and marketing, motivational speaker and a certified trainer and facilitator.
After receiving a Ph.D. from University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles in solid-state physics, specializing in nanotechnology, he focused on business and commercial side of high-tech. He was a President and CEO of a high-tech company in the Silicon Valley; Director of business development and intellectual property management in Singapore; General Manager for Asia Pacific of Philips Electronics operating company in Singapore; Marketing Director for Philips in Holland. Dr. Golijanin has also held several business positions of increasing responsibility with Xerox Corp. in Southern California.
As an expert for organization improvement, employee behaviour, entrepreneurship and sales and marketing, Dr. Golijanin was lecturing and consulting world-over.
He is an awarded facilitator and certified trainer who receives high marks from the course participants because he combines with ease his business expertise, 20+ years of international experience and motivational enthusiasm. Danilo has worked with their top management, middle management and sales teams on Effectiveness, Leadership, Sales Improvement.
His clients are the World Bank, European Agency for Reconstruction, Swiss Agency for Development, Government of Serbia and prominent companies in Serbia (e.g. Carlsberg, Grand Kafa, Holcim, Coca-Cola, Siemens, PwC, Johnson & Johnson, Metalac).
